In planning Caribbean Highlands we (collectively) tried to take into consideration things that not only we would want but also what needs others may want as they “move along” and mature in life. What specific reasons will they have in wanting to move to a new country, whether full or part time, Quality of life, economic, health or political? These thoughts and more are what have shaped the thinking behind Caribbean highlands, what it can be and will be.

So trying to take a lot of factors into consideration, the first thing we wanted to convey was a feeling of “WOW” in all aspects of Caribbean Highlands – to provide an experience that will make CH not only a gated community but a wonderful home for all, regardless of whether you are 40 years old, 85 or anywhere in-between. One thing we kept hearing over and over again was the need of a facility to take care of expats in their “golden years” something that would resemble an upscale assisted living home. Additionally, people are more and more concerned with their health and wellness. So we will incorporate a H & W center into the plans, and nature trails with an added bonus – a cocoa plantation, which is already being cultivated prior to breaking ground. Of course a great view of Puerto Limon and the Caribbean definitely helps, but to be in a rain forest setting at the same time is an additional plus.

Your new home may be a condo, whether in a quad type of construction or 6 story condo building – first floor or penthouse, a single family home with views that will take your breath away or in the middle of the rain forest. Options will abound, giving you opportunities like no other in a setting that could be considered among the best in Central America. Amenities that you would have never have considered in your life until now – and there’s more to come.
